Appointment Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Completed treatment sessions are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Treatment Packages

Unused sessions within pre-paid packages may be refunded at our discretion, subject to any applicable administrative deductions.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies occur and reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
