A one-hour appointment combining a thorough clinical assessment with a massage treatment tailored to your needs. With over 15 years of experience working with people of all ages, body types and activity levels, the focus is on understanding the full picture—not simply the area that hurts. Your appointment begins with a detailed discussion about your symptoms and what you would like help with. Depending on your needs, the assessment may consider your pain or injury history, movement, posture, mobility, lifestyle, stress, training load, work demands, previous injuries and general wellbeing. This is followed by an appropriate physical assessment and a hands-on massage treatment within the same appointment. Treatment may include sports massage, deep tissue massage, soft-tissue techniques, movement work and, where appropriate and agreed with you, acupuncture techniques. You may also receive practical advice, rehabilitation exercises or movement guidance to help you manage your symptoms and support longer-term recovery, resilience and confidence in your body.
